C’est après le concert de COLDPLAY au Stade de France en 2012 que Kévin Cartière, totalement fan de l’univers de Chris Martin, décide de se lancer dans ce projet fou : CRÉER UN TRIBUTE BAND DE COLDPLAY !
Il réunit alors 7 amis musiciens et techniciens tous aussi fans que lui et les emmène dans cette aventure dès 2013.
Débute alors un long et passionnant travail quotidien pour recréer à l’identique le son, le visuel, les effets, l’ambiance et l’univers musical de Coldplay. « Pour nous, Coldplay est le digne héritier de la grande tradition pop rock britannique qui a vendu plus de 90 millions d’albums à travers le monde ! Tout le monde connaît au moins un titre de Coldplay, leurs tubes sont universels, fédérateurs et porteurs d’espoir ».
Rapidement, COLDPLAYED livre ses premiers concerts sur les scènes des Hauts de France, dont il est originaire. La notoriété et le succès grandissent et les emmènent avec leur producteur partout en France et à l’étranger sur des scènes prestigieuses, pour le plus grand plaisir des fans de COLDPLAY mais surtout d’un public de plus en plus large.
Par un show retravaillé à la perfection, avec le souci du moindre détail, toujours fidèle à l’actualité du célèbre groupe britannique, COLDPLAYED offre au public de goûter à l’univers si coloré et festif de Coldplay.
La petite touche originale de Coldplayed : les duos avec Rihanna, Séléna Gomez et bien sûr Beyoncé (Princess Of China, Let Somebody Go et le magnifique Hymn For The Weekend) font partie du show et la talentueuse Anne-Sophie Cartière amène sur scène ce petit plus exotique et festif.
